Terms of Use 

 

The exact charges for shipping & handling will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight and nature of the items purchased and zip code the items are being shipped to and the method of shipment.

At Jin Patisserie, all of our products are made fresh daily, therefore the quantities may not always keep up with demand, but we do our best (even working through the night :) to fulfill your order and apologize if you must wait for certain items.

 

Delivery Options & Deadlines

We do not ship orders on Mondays as we are closed. All orders are shipped on Tuesday and Wednesdays only. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise requested. We use exclusively FedEx and UPS to ship and transit time is within one business day for all next day orders. Deliveries will only be made during weekdays. FedEx and UPS does not deliver on weekends. If you request, Second Day is available (delivery within 2 business days) but we shall not be held responsible on the outcome of the arrival due to the perishable nature of our chocolates. Orders placed after 11.00AM PST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that FedEx or UPS may include extra transit time in case of ice or snowstorms that cause FedEx or UPS delays. Late deliveries are always possible, but we’ve done our best to ensure they’re as infrequent as possible.

 

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. Your order will not ship until we hear back from you. In select cases, Jin Patisserie reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements. When your website order is placed, it is automatically processed by the system. Jin Patisserie will ship your order out as soon as possible; therefore a change of ship date may not be possible. Special Handling 

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we take special care to ensure the delivery of your chocolates in perfect condition. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice as needed.

Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. From April 15 to October 31, to ensure arrival in perfect condition, our chocolates must be ship only Next Day Air. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates.

For shipments to warm weather destinations and during Summer months, we ship orders on Tuesday and Wednesday only.

 

Restrictions 

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO and FPO). You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

 

Deliveries are only made on weekdays. FedEx and UPS does not deliver on weekends. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure perfect condition upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please add $14.00 to the Shipping charge.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.

 

Sales Tax 

Local and state sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of California. Sales tax will not be charged for any addresses that are being shipped outside the state of California. 

 

Returns 

We guarantee you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase of Jin Patisserie chocolates. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Jin Patisserie chocolates are handcrafted from the freshest ingredients with absolutely no artificial flavors or preservatives. We guarantee the quality of our chocolates when they are enjoyed within 2 weeks of purchase.
